Mumbai has crossed its monthly normal for September, but it literally crawled to achieve the milestone with just one incident of century rains at 111 mm during the second week of the month.
The city has recorded 387.4 mm against 383.5 mm so far in the month. Past 24 hours, 10 mm of rain was witnessed.
Now, for the next three to four days, some good showers cannot be ruled out between September 25 and 27. These showers may be moderate in nature.
After September 28, very little rain is likely but dry weather will not take over. In fact, we can expect light showers until the end of the month.
