The state of Rajasthan has seen good Monsoon rain throughout the season. Moreover, eastern and western pockets are observing rainfall surplus by a large amount.

The past few days have also been rainy for the state. In fact, some of the areas during the last 24 hours have observed heavy to very heavy rains as well. Isolated pockets have also seen three-digit rainfall activity.
In the last 24 hours from 8:30 am on Saturday, Sawai Madhopur recorded a whopping 172 mm of rains, Bikaner 67 mm, Bharatpur 70 mm, Bhilwara 23 mm, and Udaipur 21 mm.
The weather system persisting in close proximity of Rajasthan has resulted in good rainfall activity over the state. The axis of monsoon trough is also running through Rajasthan.
During the next 24 hours, Rajasthan is expected to observe good rainfall activity with a few heavy spells as well. Rains will be on the higher side over East Rajasthan as compared to the Western parts of the state.
Moreover, flooding rains may also occur over some areas.
Few spells of rain are likely over Ajmer, Alwar, Baran, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Bundi, Chittaurgarh, Churu, Dausa, Dhaulpur, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Jaipur, Jhalawar, Jhunjhunun, Jodhpur, Karauli, Kota, Nagaur, Pali, Rajsamand, Sawai Madhopur, Sikar and Tonk during next 24 hours.
