Hilly states of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand are all set to witness another spell of rain this weekend. All thanks to the passage of back to back Western Disturbances over the Western Himalayas.
According to Skymet Weather, a fresh Western Disturbance is approaching Jammu and Kashmir that at present is marked over North Pakistan. The system will start to affect Jammu and Kashmir by Saturday.
Though weather will remain largely clear with the partly cloudy sky on May 6 but chances of one or two sharp spell of rain or thundershowers cannot be ruled out.

However, by May 7, the Disturbance will move further eastwards over the state. With this, the intensity of rains will increase and we can expect scattered light to moderate rain and thundershowers over parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on May 7-8.
Famous tourist spots such as Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Kullu, Manali, Shimla, Dharamsala, Nainital, and Mussoorie will witness a rainy weekend too.
Tourists across the country can escape to these famous hill station and enjoy the pleasant weather with some scenic and mesmerizing views. Nothing can be ever so refreshing as to visit one these places.
