Since last many days, the weather in Uttar Pradesh has bee remaining almost dry. Although some isolated localised rainfall activities have been observed over the western districts of India. At present, West Uttar Pradesh is deficient by 25%, while East Uttar Pradesh by 12%.
The axis of Monsoon Trough is passing through Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Therefore, we do not expect any significant rainfall activities over Uttar Pradesh until tomorrow. Since there is no active weather system over Uttar Pradesh the overall weather will be warm, humid and dry.
As predicted by the weathermen, the axis of monsoon trough will gradually shift Northwards over Uttar Pradesh around august 30 and a cyclonic circulation is expected over East Uttar Pradesh and at it’s adjoining areas.
Due to these weather systems, the rainfall activities will once again commence over Uttar Pradesh around August 30, gradually picking up pace. Meanwhile, good rains are likely over Uttar Pradesh during the first week of September. These weather conditions would be due to the northward movement of the Monsoon Trough.
