Haryana Rains

A fresh spell of Monsoon rains is all set to make a comeback over Haryana. According to Skymet Weather, light to moderate rains and thundershowers are expected to drench several parts of the state during the next 2-3 days. Places such as Ambala, Yamuna Nagar, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Jind, Rohtak, Panipat, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Palwal are expected to record Monsoon rains during this period.

These showers can be attributed to the several weather systems over and near the region. At present, a fresh Western Disturbance has been affecting Jammu and Kashmir. Apart from this, a cyclonic circulation has been prevailing over North Madhya Pradesh and South Uttar Pradesh, which is now likely to move in west-northwestwards. Also, the axis of Monsoon is also running through Ferozepur, Karnal, Meerut, a center of cyclonic circulation, Daltonganj, Jharkhand, Digha and Bay of Bengal.
