Heavy Monsoon rains in Delhi are always welcome even though they disrupt life and ruin the fun. Incessant rain on Saturday along with moderate rain on Sunday delivered the wettest July so far in Delhi. The national capital city was left submerged under rainwater besides enjoying the slight chill in the weather due to heavy rain in last five days.
