Monsoon rains begin lashing Hyderabad, Nizamabad, Warangal in Telangana

Southwest Monsoon has already covered the entire state of Telangana region, bringing in good rains over Hyderabad and parts of  the state.  As per Skymet weather, Monsoon is in its revival stage condition and thus, intensity of rains have also reduced over Hyderbad and parts during the last 48 hours.

On June 15,  Hyderabad had received 3 mm of rain, while on June 16, it recorded mere 0.1 mm. Even yesterday, the city recorded traces of rains only.

But now the city of Nizams along with other parts of Telangana are gearing up for good Monsoon weather activities. In fact, weathermen predict rain and thundershower at some places over Adilabad, Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Mahbubnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Rangareddi, and Warangal districts of Telengana during next 4 hours.

In fact, Hyderabad and nearby areas has already started recorded rain and thundershowers.

The trough extending along the east coast has kept the Monsoon active over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and adjoining Telangana. These weather conditions are likely to give good showers. Though rain may occur in patches across the state.

The weather is comfortable and humid across the state and maximum day temperatures are settling in early 30’s.

Hyderabad has already met its monthly quota of rainfall and any more spells will be an added advantage. Till June 17, the city has recorded 132.6 mm of rain as compared to its monthly mean of 111.2 mm.
