Minimums to see a drop over Gujarat now

The state of Gujarat has witnessed good rains with many areas seeing some showers. However, the rainy spell for Gujarat has now come to an end and temperatures are all set to witness a rise.

Since yesterday, the temperatures have begun to drop as the system including Western Disturbance and the induced Cyclonic Circulation which were giving rains over Gujarat have moved away now. In fact, Gandhinagar saw its minimum at 7.1 degrees.

Northerly winds are blowing over the state of Gujarat resulting in the drop of minimums. In fact, the drop in temperatures over the Gujarat are expected to be seen for at least the next four days, i.e. until January 14.

Some northern and interior parts may see some single digit minimum during this time. Cities including Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Patan, Basantkantha, Naliya, Bhuj, Rajkot, Surendranagar will see below normal minimums.
