The maximum and minimum temperatures in the city of dreams Mumbai are settling above normal. The residents are facing extreme discomfort during the daytime. In fact, the humidity levels are also extremely high. Though, the weather during the morning and night hours is comparatively comfortable, which gives some relief to the residents during that time.

As on February 23, Santa Cruz observatory of Mumbai recorded day maximum at 33.5°C, which is 2°C above the normal average temperature. Similarly, the minimum settled at 19.7°C, which is 1°C above normal.
As per Skymet Weather, both day and night temperatures are expected to rise along the coastal areas of Maharashtra including Mumbai. Therefore, the days would be warmer and humid over Mumbai as the temperatures would rise.
The maximum temperature is likely to settle around 36°C and the minimum close to 21°C as on February 25. Hence, the Mumbaikars are expected observe discomfort during the daytime until the temperatures take a step down over the region.
As per weathermen, a trough is extending from Lakshadweep to Maharashtra coast and it is expected to prevail over the region for some time. Therefore, the maximums and minimums will continue to range above normal over Mumbai and adjoining areas.
