Maharashtra to continue with dry weather and partly cloudy sky

The state of Maharashtra saw relief from the prolonged dry and warm spell as few rain showers were observed over the state between November 18 to November 22. Although, these rains were never expected to last for long, yet were fruitful to provide a relief from prolonged aridness.

In fact, since the last few days also dry weather is prevailing over most parts of Maharashtra. The days and warm and nights remain pleasant. Meanwhile, the coastal stations observed comfortable nights.

Talking about the capital city, Mumbai has seen no significant weather activity for quite some time now. In fact, the city continued to remain victim of dry weather conditions during the last 24 hours as well.

Now as dry northeasterly and easterly air mass are prevailing over the entire state. During the coming days also, dry weather conditions are expected to continue. Though, sky conditions may remain partly cloudy during the next 24 to 48 hours.

In case of Mumbai and its adjoining region, during the morning hours and evening hours, smoke/ haze will prevail, and day conditions will be warm.

Madhya Maharashtra will continue to have cooler nights while rest all other parts will have pleasant nights. In Konkan coast, maximum temperatures will be between 34 to 36 degrees and night temperature will be 21 to 24 degrees.
