The remnants of the Low-Pressure Area lying as a Cyclonic Circulation over Northeast Madhya Pradesh was responsible for scattered rain in Sidhi, Satna, Rewa, Khajuraho, and Nowgong. Moderate rain of 25 mm was seen in Raisen, Ujjain recorded 11 mm, Shajapur 6 mm, Sheopur and Rewa recorded 19 mm of rain in a span of 24 hours from 8.30 am on Wednesday.
Now the Cyclonic Circulation has shifted further eastward over North Jharkhand, but we expect scattered light to moderate rain to occur over Northeast Madhya Pradesh during the next 24 hours. Places like Rewa, Satna, Sidhi, and Satna may get moderate spells.
Also, scattered light rains are possible over the west and central districts of Madhya Pradesh but the intensity will be mostly light. Now we expect a gradual increase in day temperature over many parts of the state as the sky will become clear. Presently, the temperature over most places is below normal and is expected to reach near normal. Around October 7 or 8, the weather is likely to become almost clear and dry in most parts of Madhya Pradesh.
This is very likely the last significant spell of Madhya Pradesh.
