Since last many days, the city of Nawabs’ has been witnessing dry weather conditions. The absence of any weather activity has made the temperatures over the city to see a steady & gradual rise.
At present, the minimums are settling around 8-10°C over the city, whereas the maximum temperatures are in the lower 20°Cs. But as the week progresses temperatures will see a gradual rise over Lucknow.
Since today morning, due to presence of high clouds over the city, the hope for a rainy spell has increased considerably among the residents. But as per Skymet Weather, rainfall is very much not likely on the cards for the city. In fact these clouds will aggravate the rise in temperatures. Minimum temperatures will rise and reach up to 12-13°C whereas maximum temperatures will be in the upper reaches of 20°C.
This persistence of high clouds over the region is very much likely to stay for another 24-48 hours. And in the meantime rain is unlikely to show up. Only light winds are persisting over the city which is not allowing the clouds to move away soon enough. These clouds also lack any moisture content making them insufficient for rainfall.
