The Low Pressure Area, which was over Chhattisgarh and adjoining areas has moved further northwestwards and is currently lying over Central Madhya Pradesh. Monsoon withdrawal has already commenced and around this time the systems do not travel very far unlike the previous system which had gone up to Rajasthan and Gujarat.

Thus, this system is expected to hang around around parts of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The system will have a very slow movement and add the most it will go towards south western parts of Uttar Pradesh and north Madhya Pradesh.

For the next three to four days, it will become stagnant, persist over the region and give Monsoon rains over Madhya Pradesh as well as Uttar Pradesh. The peripherals of the regions extend to cover parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and the trend will be the same for the next three days.

Some rains may be seen over the aforementioned regions. The system may not be very intense but the spread is very large from the coastline of Odisha to Madhya Pradesh. Thus, rains will be seen over central and eastern parts of the country. In fact, Delhi and adjoining areas may even see some rains during this time.
