The City of Bengaluru is likely to have lean weather activity over the next week or about ten days. Rainfall will be very light and for brief duration. Some of the days could be totally dry as well. Sky conditions will be cloudy for most parts of the day. Overall weather conditions will be pleasant for the city and suburbs.
The tech city is receiving light showers only, for the last about one week. Single-digit rainfall in 24 24-hour period is being recorded. Earlier, the city had recorded very heavy rainfall, accompanied with stormy conditions on 02nd June. The capital city has already exceeded its quota of monthly rainfall. The city, so far, has accumulated 152.5mm rainfall against its monthly normal of 110.3mm. The city can expect about 10-15mm rainfall only in the next 7-10 days.
There is no significant weather feature likely over the South Peninsula during next week. Weather activity, as such, will remain weak across the region and more so far South Interior Karnataka. For the city of Bengaluru, scattered and light showers are likely on the 16th, 17th and 20th of June. Rest of the days, the sky condition will remain cloudy with low and medium clouds, restricting any temperature rise. The maximum temperature is likely to remain below 30°C and the minimum in the pleasant range of 20°-22°C, during this period.
