During the last 24 hours, scattered rains occurred over Odisha and isolated over Jharkhand.

A cyclonic circulation is over East Madhya Pradesh and adjoining area, and a trough is extending Uttar Pradesh to South India Karnataka across Chhattisgarh and Telangana.
