Parts of Madhya Pradesh continue to witness light rains for the last many days. Well, these rains are going to persist for another 24 hours, as weathermen are predicting rains over west and northwest Madhya Pradesh.
These rains can be attributed to a cyclonic circulation marked over West Rajasthan. As the system is weakening, it would only give scattered light rains.
Isolated light rains are also expected over Northeast Madhya Pradesh that include Sidhi and Satna. The cyclonic cyclonic circulation over Northeast Madhya Pradesh has now moved to Bihar and Jharkhand. However, the remnants of the system would be able to give light rains.
According to Skymet Weather, both the systems would vacate the region and weather would clear up by October 7. The process of withdrawal of Southwest Monsoon would too begin by October 10. Post that, we can expect sky to be clear, paving way for bright sunshine. As a result, the days which have been fairly comfortable for last many days, would now see rise in day maximums. In fact, some very warm days are ahead for the state.
September had witnessed heavy rains and extremely pleasant weather conditions. These extended Monsoon rains had kept the temperatures under check. October too had begun on the similar note.
