However, the coastal areas of Gujarat are comparatively less warm but humid conditions will prevail over places such as Okha, Veraval, and Porbandar. As per Skymet Weather, dry weather will continue over most parts of Gujarat but scattered rains are expected to occur over the southern parts after 24 hours, bringing some relief from the burning hot weather.

Places such as Surat, Valsad, Mahuva, Diu, Amreli, and Bhavnagar may receive light to moderate rain on October 10 and 11. These rains will reduce the temperature levels and the sky will remain cloudy over the southern districts. On October 13 also, we expect isolated light rain and then the weather will once again go dry.

Meanwhile, in Rajasthan, the northwest and west districts such as Sriganganagar, Jaipur, Bikaner, Churu, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Barmer will continue to reel under very hot weather conditions. The temperatures will be recorded around 39°C-40°C.  Dry and warm weather will continue and no relief is in the forecast.
