Since the beginning of November, the state of Rajasthan has been receiving dry weather conditions. in wake of such weather conditions as of today, Rajasthan is rain deficient by 94%.
In fact, during the last 24 hours also dry and warm weather conditions witnessed over most parts of Rajasthan.
The day temperatures in West Rajasthan are warm, whereas the eastern parts are experiencing comfortable weather conditions. Nights are cool and pleasant.
Yesterday, Barmer recorded its day temperature at 37.0˚C, followed by Churu 35.0˚C, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur 34.6˚C, Ajmer 32.5˚C, Pilani 32.8˚C, Kota 31.6˚C, Jaipur 31.1˚C, Alwar 31.6˚C, Bhilwara 32.6˚C, Chittorgarh 33.1˚C, Tonk 32.2˚C and Udaipur 32.3˚C.
Now due to the approaching Western Disturbance over the hills of North India and its associated induced cyclonic circulation, short spell of light rain is expected on November 13 over the northern parts of Rajasthan.
Places such as Bikaner, Churu, Sri Ganganagar, Pilani, Alwar are expected to receive light rainfall activity. Meanwhile, rest all places will witness dry weather conditions and on the other hand places such as Jaisalmer and Barmer will observe warm day conditions with maximum temperatures settling in high-30’s.
