The city of Mumbai has been experiencing dry and warm weather along with isolated light rains for the last two to three days. However, in the absence of any significant rain, the temperatures have been on the rise.

During the last 24 hours as well, Mumbai rains have remained on the lower side, wherein Santa Cruz Observatory recorded traces of rain.

The weather system that is currently lying in the vicinity of the city, is a Cyclonic Circulation intact over northern parts of Telangana and adjoining Marathwada.

As a result of this system, northeasterly winds are affecting the dream city. These winds are warm yet moist in nature.

According to our meteorologists, the above system would be moving slowly, thus bringing short spells of light rain and thundershower over the Mumbai city during the next three to four days.

Rains would mainly be light and there are no chances of heavy rains as such. Moreover, in the absence of any significant rain, the day temperatures would be on the rise and would settle between 30 and 34 degree Celcius, while minimums would settle around 25 degree Celcius.

The weather would comparatively be less humid because of the winds changing direction from westerlies to north-easterlies for the next few days.
