The state of Kerala have seen some rainfall activities in the last 24 hours. Along with this, there was one more state in South India that saw some rainfall activities during the same time frame. During the last 24 hours from 8:30 am on Monday, Kochi recorded 53 mm of rains, and Alappuzha saw 57 mm of rains, Tondi saw 38 mm of rains, Madurai 29 mm, Coonoor 10 mm and Erode 7 mm.
The reason for these rains are due to a Circulation in the vicinity and the feeble trough running along the West Coast.
Rainfall activity will be seen today over both Kerala and interiors of Tamil Nadu. For Kerala, the lower half will be seeing more rains as compared to the other parts. By tomorrow, these rainfall activities are all set to see a reduction and only light rains may be seen in parts of Kerala. There will be a break on december 1 and 2, but rains may resume over Kerala on December 3.
