These approaching rains can be attributed to the several weather systems prevailing over and near the region. A low pressure area has been prevailing Northeast Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Uttar Pradesh and besides this, a cyclonic circulation is also marked over Southwest Rajasthan.

With this, moist southwesterly winds have been reaching Rajasthan, leading to development of thunderclouds. Rains are likely to follow soon. In fact, few places such as Dausa have already started recording rains.

According to Skymet Weather, weather conditions will remain conducive for rains to continue over Rajasthan for next 24-48 hours. In wake of this, weather conditions will become comfortable.
