The state of Gujarat has been experiencing different shades of weather for the past few days. While a few parts of the state have been recording sky high maximum temperatures, isolated rainfall has been observed over some areas.

Not only this, Rajkot and Ahmedabad have also witnessed a few spells of rain along with hailstorm over some areas. However, there have been other areas that have remained as dry as a bone for a long time.

Meanwhile, for the past few days southwesterly winds from the Arabian Sea have been blowing over the coastal stations of Gujarat. Due to this, the temperature profile on the coastal part of the state has been on the lower side settling in the 30s.

As per weathermen at Skymet Weather, the interior parts of Gujarat will continue to be hot with isolated pockets observing heatwave like conditions. Temperatures here will continue to be above the 40-degree mark.

Coastal part on the other hand will remain comfortable with temperatures settling below the normal levels.

Also, isolated rains are likely over the state of Gujarat during the fag end of the month. This may bring some relief from the prevailing weather conditions.
