Looking for their first win in this edition of Indian Premier league, Delhi Daredevils could not have expected more from the weather gods as it’s likely to be pleasant and comfortable as far as conditions are concerned.
They are taking on Sunrisers Hyderabad, the team that has seen regular thundery developments in the last few days in Hyderabad that marred their evening practice sessions whenever they played host. On the other hand, Delhi Daredevils will try to make a new start in the tournament after losing the last match against Mumbai Indians in Mumbai. The weather over Mumbai was quite similar to that of Delhi for today, the only difference will be the sea breeze that was exploited well by the Mumbai Indians bowlers to make Daredevils batsmen succumb to the swing bowling of Johnsons, Pollards and Mallingas.
So the sea breeze will be missing and that will add to the national capital team's chances to register their first win in the T20 cricket tournament. The temperature during the match would be around 29 degrees which is not so warm or cold. There may be few clouds at the start of the match but will disappear in the first hour of play. The humidity level during the match would be 36% that is quite comfortable. Northerly winds would blow over the Ferozshah Kotla ground straight from the Western Himalayan Region during the match.
