The Indian Premier League has been an interesting journey so far and only a mere week is left for the results to be declared of this 45-day cricketing event. So far, the teams including CSK, SRH as well as the KKR have already reached the playoffs.

Other team that has been shown the door way back are the Delhi Daredevils. While they did win a good game against the CSK a day before, it has not had any effect on the game or the points table as such.
Now, it is Kings XI Punjab’s turn to lock horns with the Chennai Super Kings and while this happens to be just another no loss no gain for the CSK, it happens to be a do or die game for the KXIP as if they win this one, they will be able to be slightly closer to having a chance at the playoffs.
The match is scheduled to be played at 8:00 PM at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. Weather wise, no interruption is likely, and weather will remain warm.
