When most parts of the country are relishing pre-Monsoon showers, there are a few states that are still reeling under heatwave conditions. Few states in the Central and West India region are still enveloped under intense heatwave conditions.
Parts of Rajasthan are already reeling under heatwave conditions, particularly north and west parts. With no relief predicted as of now, the temperatures are further expected to scale up in the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the dry and hot weather will continue to prevail over this region. Moderate wind speed with dust raising winds is likely to keep the temperature high during the daytime over Rajasthan including Jaipur.

In the state capital too, weather will remain hot and dry with moderate winds and mainly sunny sky for the next 24 hours.
However, due to the increase in humidity levels, dust storm activities may occur over few parts of Jaipur in the next 36 hours. Due to these relatively less humid winds, the temperatures will drop by 2-3 degrees over these areas in the next 24 hours.
But since these activities will occur during the late afternoon or evening hours, no relief is anticipated over Rajasthan and Jaipur for the next couple of days.
