As per Skymet Weather, the state is being affected by two weather systems. A well marked Low pressure area which has now intensified into a depression over Jharkhand, is giving rains over Northwest Madhya Pradesh.
Meanwhile, a low-pressure area is over South Rajasthan that is responsible for rains over the southern districts of the state. Now, we expect a trough to join these two weather systems that will be passing across Madhya Pradesh and therefore, we expect light to moderate rains at many places over Madhya Pradesh for the next 24 hours.
Thereafter, the intensity of rain will reduce over most places but North Madhya Pradesh which includes places like Gwalior, Guna, Vidhisha, Shivpuri, and Rajgarh will continue with good rains.
Weather across the state is normal due to these on and off rains over almost the entire region.
