Hyderabad has been witnessing dry weather from almost past 4-5 days. In fact, most districts of the youngest state of the country have remained rain-free from the last 4-5 days.
However, tables turned for isolated stations of the state in the last 24 hours wherein, a few districts of North Telangana such as Adilabad and Ramagundam recorded very light traces of 3 mm and 2 mm of rains respectively.
However, on the other hand, the weather of Hyderabad and parts of South Telangana still remained dry as they failed to record any rainy spells during the similar time frame.

The reason for these rains as per Skymet Weather can be attributed to the moist and humid winds that are prevailing over the region from the Bay of Bengal. These winds are basically due to the formation of the Depression over Odisha coast.

As of now isolated light rains are expected to continue over the districts of North Telangana but Hyderabad is likely to remain dry for at least another 24-48 hours.
Hyderabad is anticipated to witness a fresh spell of light showers with one odd moderate spell on October 22 and 23. Thereafter, the weather over Hyderabad will once again become dry. Moreover, the maximums are likely to remain in lower 30’s and minimums will settle in the range of 18 to 21 degrees Celsius.
Thus, the day will remain warm while nights are expected to remain comfortable and cool.
