It is recommended to drink six to eight glasses of water a day when the temperatures start rising leading to warm days. But, we often forget to drink enough water which leads to dehydration. There are a number of side effects that can take a toll on our health due to lack of water. It can cause fatigue, a drop in your blood pressure and can also dry your skin or lips. It is also known for causing muscle cramps and headaches. Also, staying dehydrated for a long time can lead to bigger health problems.
