Up in the North India, a feeble Western Disturbance is moving across Jammu and Kashmir and a Cyclonic Circulation lies over North Pakistan and its adjoining areas. There has been no influence of these weather systems and the hills of India are mainly observing dry weather. In fact, similar weather conditions were witnessed in the last 24 hours as well.
However, there are chances of few activities to take place in the hills and snow too can be witnessed in few pockets of the higher reaches. Jammu and Kashmir is expected to witness mainly partly cloudy to cloudy sky with chances of light rain and thundershowers over few plains of Jammu and Kashmir and some places of the hills.
The inhabitants of Himachal Pradesh might experience mainly partly cloudy sky with rain at one or two places. The weather will be dry and cool in many parts of Himachal Pradesh. Also, places like Dalhousie, Dharamshala and Lahaul Spiti can witness rains in some parts.
In the state of Uttarakhand, people have been witnessing comfortable day with cool nights mainly in the upper reaches. There are chances of marginal drop in night temperature as well. Tourist places like Dehradun and Nainital will have cool morning with sunny sky and comfortable day ahead. City of Rishikesh will also observe pleasant weather conditions.
The weather conditions in places of Uttarakhand seem quiet appealing and again people are advised to go with their family or friends for a quick and short getaway.
