
The state of Gujarat was in a massive surplus due to Biparjoy and continuous weather systems. Today, the Gujarat region is a 12 per cent surplus, and Saurashtra Kutch is a 102 percent surplus. However, these rain percentages are reducing as rain is reducing.
Now also we do not expect any intense rainfall activities over the state of Gujarat and very light rain is expected in some parts of the state.
However, these rains will not suffice, and the surplus will become lesser each day. There is a Cyclonic Circulation over extreme West Rajasthan due to which Arabian Sea clouding has been seen. Otherwise, no other feature is present. Even the westerly stream along the coast is not favourable.
