The state of Maharashtra has seen rain for the past few days, that too in all the areas. Even in the last 24 hours, the city has recorded some intense showers.
During the last 24 hours from 8:30 am on Thursday, Chandrapur saw three-digit rains to the tune of 150 mm, Gondia 54 mm, Buldhana 55 mm, Amravati 55 mm, Aurangabad 97 mm, Akola 43 mm, Nashik 19 mm, Pune 4 mm, Wardha 33 mm, and Yavatmal 13 mm.
More showers are expected over the state in the coming days. Rainfall activity may not be as heavy but fairly widespread rains with isolated heavy showers will be seen in the next two days.
Northern parts of Maharashtra will see more rain for the next four to five days. The Konkan region to see some rains during this period. Rains in Maharashtra will be seen in the next one week.
