Skymet Weather reiterates that a trough line is extending from West Rajasthan to Northwest Bay of Bengal across Madhya Pradesh. In the wake of this, rains occurred over many parts of the state. Further, this weather system is likely to cause scattered light showers with isolated moderate rains at a few parts of Northeast Madhya Pradesh for the day.
However, as the trough is expected to move northwards, the activity is likely to seize thereafter. But due to the prevalence of the trough in the middle level from Chhattisgarh to East Madhya Pradesh, light rains in some parts of southeast and adjoining southern parts of the state is anticipated. But, overall rainfall will reduce over the region after 24 hours.
