Though these rains give a scenic and spectacular view of the hills are at times a matter of concern as well. The present scenario is also favorable for such incidents to occur. Whenever heavy rains like this occur over the hilly terrains, development of convective cloud become pretty common and so are the conditions for incidents of cloudbursts and landslides. Hence, tourists are advised to stay cautious while touring the hills.
