Pakistan receives varied weather conditions during Winters. Weather in the southern parts remains comfortable as compared to the Northern parts.
Usually, the effect of the Western Disturbance is felt only in the Northern and Central parts of Pakistan. However, on very few occasions, the system manages to track a little southward than usual. A similar situation prevails in the region, therefore, rain is forecast for the southern parts of Pakistan tomorrow onward.
This is when rains are going to impact Southwestern parts of Pakistan beginning tomorrow. The weather system will travel from West to East.
Tomorrow, the rainfall intensity is largely going to be light. However, extremely heavy rain is expected in the region between January 10 and 11. The weather activity will continue until January 12 but will become moderate in intensity. The spread of these rains will be confined to the Southern and Central parts of the country. Places like Gwadar, Turbat, Kotri, Khuzdar, Dadu, Pasni and Karachi will be affected during this period.
The rainfall activity will peak on Friday and Saturday. Sunday will be a day of moderate activity. Monday onward the rains are going to vacate the region.
