This spell of rainfall can be attributed to the fresh cyclonic circulation brewing in the Bay of Bengal. This system is very much likely to change and intensify into a low pressure area by tomorrow and will be seen near the archipelago.
Chances of this system to turn in to a depression are very much likely by April 17. The system is likely to be in the sea for a long time thus increases the chances of further intensification into a cyclone.
This weather system is definitely going to spoil the fun of vacationing, so people who are planning to go on a vacation in Andaman and Nicobar Islands during this time shall rethink.
