Weather conditions have seen a twist over northern parts of the country with the heat taking a backseat and temperatures settling below the normal levels. This is because of rainfall activity being observed over the northern region.
The heat pocket has now shifted from the northern parts as well as Gujarat to the southern parts. For the second successive day, most amount of temperatures have been seen in many parts of Tamil Nadu. Earlier, parts of Gujarat were the hottest belt. Now, it is the central parts of South Peninsula that have been seeing such maximums.
North India will not see any heat including Rajasthan. In fact, the Gujarat region will also not see heat making a comeback anytime now. Thus, heat belt will continue over the southern regions.
