During the last week of January, the temperatures of Gujarat and many parts of Maharashtra remained significantly below normal leading to cold wave conditions to severe cold wave conditions over many parts of Gujarat.
Now, both day and night temperatures of Gujarat and Maharashtra are on the rise. Maximums of Gujarat are currently above normal. However, minimum temperatures are still near normal.
Maximum temperatures of Gujarat are in the mid-thirties between 33 and 35 degrees Celsius. Maximum temperatures of Maharashtra are also between 32 and 35 degrees Celsus. The month of February is one of the least rainy months for both the states. Temperatures usually starts increasing and February can be termed as transition phase between winters and pre monsoon.
However, Pre-Monsoon activities remained on the lower side until the month of March over both the states. Rain and thundershowers start increasing in the month of April and May. But significant increased usually been witnessed in the month of June when moderate to heavy to rain and thundershowers commences over Gujarat and Maharashtra.
Therefore, we can say that weather of Gujarat and Maharashtra will be very warm and dry for next many days.
