Now also, conditions are favorable for scattered rainfall activities for the next two to three days.

Currently, a feeble trough is seen extending from Southwest Bay of Bengal to Southeast Bay of Bengal which is responsible for these rains.
Generally, Monsoon arrives in Andaman and Nicobar Islands around May 20. Thereafter, it gradually moves in northwest direction over southwest and central Bay of Bengal.
Now, we can say that these on and off rains will continue over these islands till the onset of Monsoon.
Furthermore, in spite of these pre-Monsoon activities weather will remain warm and humid over almost all the islands. Day temperatures will be in mid 30s and night temperatures will be seen in mid 20s.
