Southern Peninsula has been the best performing region when it comes to Pre Monsoon rains. The region as a whole is in teh surplus category, and more rains are coming up for the region.
Starting today, states of Kerala, South Interior Karnataka, and parts of Tamil Nadu are expected to see some rains. The city of Bengaluru will also witness good rains during this period. The city has already seen heavy showers in the past and more rains are expected today as well along with the next few days.
For Tamil Nadu, the interior regions adjacent to the state of Kerala will be the ones seeing good rains. These showers are expected to be seen over Kerala for the next three to four days and Tamil Nadu's interior regions may also see some activities during the same time frame.
