On and off rains have been seen over the city and suburbs. Temperatures remained below normal and weather remained comfortable with cloudy sky conditions.
Now, rains will increase today and thus, moderate rains with a couple of intense spells may be seen over the city and its adjoining suburbs. However, these Mumbai rains will not be heavy enough to cause any disruption to the day to day lives of the people. There may be water logging in isolated pockets, and that too low lying areas.
Thus, it is easy to say that these rains will not disrupt the weekend plans of people. In fact, comfortable weather and pleasant conditions will persist over the city.
However, rainfall activity will reduce to a good extent by tomorrow and only light rains will be seen over the city. Weather will however, not go dry for the next two to three days.
As compared to the last two days, rains will witness an increase, but Skymet again says that there is no threat in terms of flooding conditions.
