The last 24 hours were also no different and Hyderabad recorded a mere 2 mm of rainfall. Other districts of Telangana that received rains include Hanamkonda wherein 25 mm of rain was recorded, followed by Nalgonda 16 mm, Khammam 12 mm and Nizamabad 2 mm.
These weather conditions can be attributed to the cyclonic circulation that is persisting over Odisha and adjoining areas. This weather system is likely to move towards Southwest Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
Due to this, light rains will continue over the City of Nizams for another 24 to 48 hours and the weather will remain humid with day maximums settling in the range of 32-34 degrees and minimums near 23-25 degrees.
