The vacation capital of the country, Goa saw a few good showers on the very first day of October. Though soon these good showers disappeared and dry weather occurred over parts of the state for the next 2 days consecutively.
The weather of Goa once again took a U-turn on the past day wherein some light rains appeared in a few stations of the state. Within the last 24 hours from 08:30 am on Wednesday, Valpoi recorded 36 mm of rains, Pernem 27.8 mm, Dabolim 25.8 mm, Sanquelim 11 mm, Mormugao 8.6 mm, and Panaji witnessed 1 mm of light spells.

As per Skymet Weather, now also, light rains are expected to continue in Goa for the next 24 hours. However, thereafter, the weather will become almost dry. Though isolated on and off light rains for short duration is still a chance.

As per Skymet Weather, a cyclonic circulation is presently seen over South Konkan & Goa. This weather system is expected to gradually shift towards the north leading to dry weather conditions to prevail over South Konkan including Goa.
The maximum temperature across most parts of the state is also anticipated to settle around 33℃ and the minimums may rest in the range of 24-25℃. The sky will become partly cloudy and the days will be slightly warm along with sunny sky. However, nights are expected to remain comfortable.
