The sky over Delhi and NCR will become partly cloudy to cloudy and light rains also cannot be ruled out over the national capital on November 15 and 16.

In fact, higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh may also see season’s first spell of snowfall.

Around this period, day temperatures will drop by 2 to 4 degrees Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and North Rajasthan.

As per weathermen, rain and snow over the hilly region are necessary to drop the temperatures over the northwestern plains of the country.
