Pollution in Delhi is increasing at an alarming rate thereby posing great threats to health. People having breathing problems are strictly advised not to step out of their houses to avoid any exposure with air pollutants. Central Pollution Control Board on Tuesday recorded air quality as under “Severe Category”. This level of pollution is considered dangerous and is responsible for worsening the situation particularly for those having major respiratory issues such as asthma and sinusitis.

Considering such severe situation, it is very important to take proper diet that is rich with vitamin C and E as these vitamins strengthen your immune system to fight against diseases.
