The capital city has remained in the limelight for total absence of rain and rising heat. February, the last winter month is supposed to be rainiest of all and even observe one or two hailstorm spells. Last phase of February inclines more towards the spring season and weather conditions very gradually slip in to summer, after enjoying pleasant weather for most of March. However, winters have abruptly ended and rapidly transitioned to summer in the closing days of February.
