Since the beginning of April, the city of Nizams, Hyderabad received light to moderate rains. However, after April 8, the weather turned dry. Hence the residents of the capital city have been reeling under warm weather conditions.

However, few other stations of Telangana recorded spot pre Monsoon rain and thundershower activities during the past few days also. In fact, during the last 24 hours from 8:30 am on Wednesday, Adilabad recorded moderate intensity pre Monsoon rain to the tune of 20 mm.
The rains can be attributed to a north-south trough which was extending from Madhya Pradesh to southern peninsula across Vidarbha and Marathwada. Due to Vidarbha being adjacent to Telangana, Adilabad was able to record rains.
As per Skymet Weather, Pre Monsoon rains are likely to reduce significantly over the state of Telangana during the next 24 hours. However, patchy rains are likely on April 14 and 15. Those pre Monsoon activities are likely to sustain for a short duration only.
During that time, Hyderabad might also record light rains or thundershower activities. Moreover, the sky conditions are expected to remain cloudy to partly cloudy. Henceforth, fairly widespread rains are ruled out over the state of Telangana including Hyderabad during the next few days.
