Weather conditions have remained dry in Pune for quite some time now. No weather system has been affecting the region which is why the weather conditions have remained dry. Usually also, the weather of Pune remains dry during this time of the year.
In fact, the city has not receive any rains during the last ten years. So much so that the month of February has been dry as a bone this year as well. The dry weather saga continues over Pune now as well.
While some rainfall is likely over the Vidarbha region during the next 24 hours in view of a cyclonic circulation which is over Odisha and adjoining Chhattisgarh region. However, Pune will remain dry as the effect of the weather feature will not be felt over the city.
As far as the temperatures are concerned, both the maximums as well as the minimums are running slightly above the normal levels. However, the residents will not complain of the slight increase in the mercury.
At present, the maximum temperature is settling at 32.8 degrees, which is a notch above the normal levels. Meanwhile, the night temperature has been recorded at 13.7 degrees, which is two degrees above the normal levels. The next few days will witness similar weather conditions.
