Since last many days, no significant amount of good rains have been witnessed over Jammu and adjoining areas. In fact, it has been more than two weeks that this region has not witnessed even a single drop of rains. With this, dry and warm weather conditions have been prevailing for quite a long time now.
Due to no significant weather system in offing, there are no chances of any good spells of rain to occur over the region. Hence, dry weather conditions are likely to persist for the next few days as well.

Accordingly, the mornings and nights are expected to remain cool and pleasant. While the afternoons will continue to remain sunny but comfortable with day temperatures settling around 33 degrees Celsius mark. The sky is expected to remain sunny and light winds are likely to blow over the region.
No major chances of rain and thundershower activities are anticipated over the region for the coming few days. So we can say that it is the good time for the pilgrims to visit Vaishno Devi temple.
