The national capital has been reeling under warm and dry weather conditions since past many days. The reason for the current weather situation in Delhi and its adjoining regions of Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad can be given to the absence of any major weather system over and around the region.
The Southwest Monsoon has already withdrawn from the region, paving way for northwesterly winds. As these winds are dry in nature, the humidity levels have reduced resulting in some respite from the prevailing sultry weather.
