As predicted earlier, some parts of Delhi, NCR including Dwarka, Faridabad and Gurgaon received light rain in the morning today.
This spell of rain is expected to pull down the maximum temperature by about 2 degrees, making the weather cold in the city. The day temperature in Delhi is currently hovering around 15 degrees. Minimums will however, not witness much change and rise only marginally from the current trend of 6 degrees.
This spell of rain is also likely to impact the humidity levels and the wind pattern. Humidity will rise and the north westerly winds will change to become light easterly. Meanwhile, the visibility levels that were good during the morning hours today may decrease tomorrow with fog expected in pockets of the city. This may impact air traffic which was almost smooth today. Later in the day the sky will clear up with some sunshine.
